Special Ordered and Custom items cannot be returned.

All sales are final on:
Saddles not returned within the trial period window (see Saddle Trial Policy). Saddles, Special ordered or Custom saddles, boots or chaps, apparel, and Blankets. Permanently marked down clearance or close-out items.

There are no refunds or cancellations on Saddle orders. Different manufacturers have different manufacturing times. Some may take a long time to manufacture and can have unexpected delays. Maple Springs Saddlery is not responsible for delays caused by the manufacturer and these delays are not a reason to cancell the original order. (See first line.) Ususlly a Demo saddle will be provided for your use. Demo saddles are the sole responsibility of the user, and must be returned upon request, and/or returned when original saddle ordered is being delivered. They must be in the same condition as received. Any Damage to the loaner will be charged to the user.

All boot orders may take an undetermined amount of time to produce because it depends on the workload of the manufacturer. Typically we work with the manufacturer to try to get them shipped to you in about 12-16 weeks from the start date of manufacturing but there is no guarantee to that time frame and may take much longer. There are no refunds or cancellations once a boot is ordered. All shipping, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer as they are shipped directly to the customer from the manufacturer. Shipping charges are non refundable. Any alterations within receipt of the boots are covered by individual manufacturers warranty and shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer.

All returns / exchanges require RMA authorization for acceptance, and are at the discretion of Maple Springs - Please call or email. Any product returned without RMA authorization will be refused. This does not apply to instore returns.

By recieving any goods from Maple Springs, it employees and or agents, it is agreed that Maple Springs is not resonsible for any damages to persons, animals, or property resulting from the use or misuse of the goods.
