All the custom Boots and Half Chaps we represent use Italian vegetable tanned leather and are not chrome dyed or sprayed. Estimated times are usually 8-10 weeks. Rush orders of 6-8 weeks are possible from select companies. Please note Italian companies have schedules that are different. Approximate times are all we can offer as we are only told which month the companies are working on. Appointments can be made to have your measurements taken at your barn or show. We have 2 policies for trials of used saddles. 1 - If we ship the saddle to you we offer a 5 day trial from the day you receive the saddle. 2 - Saddles which are picked up from Maple Springs Saddlery are considered on trial for 2 days including the day they are picked up. If the saddle does not work it must be returned by the end of the 2nd day during business hours. If the saddle is damaged in any way or if the return is late then the used saddle is considered sold after the trial period applicable. Used Saddles shipped Please note that it is a service that we provide to offer quality used saddles for sale. Often these saddles are consignment items and are a final sale when you buy them.
